Les has been in the client service industry for almost 20 years. Over the past 20 years, he has overseen multimillion dollar operations of several regional districts for a high profile organization. With responsibilities that focused on client relations, business operations, and employee support, both professional and personal, his skills are diversified making him flexible in understanding a wide range of financial planning needs.
Les has been married for over 20 years to Beth and they have two amazing children, Tegan 17 and Tristan 15. When not working he enjoys spending family time on the water, on the slopes and exploring new places.
