Augustine House awarded the Seal of Approval designation by BC Seniors Living Association

Amir Hemani, President of BC Seniors Living Association, states, “The Seal of Approval is a self assessment and external review of five areas within a senior living community that assures the senior and their family the very best quality of services and care.”
The assessment process details criteria within each of the five areas - Safety, Infection Control, Staff Training, Resident Services, and Assisted Living - which must be met in order to achieve and be rewarded the designation.

Email a Resident is an easy way to send greetings and pictures to your loved ones living at Augustine House. Your email is sent to our Manager of Community Relations who will make sure your email is delivered to the resident's room. Your loved one can reply to your email by composing an email themselves on one of the computer stations in the library at Augustine House.
